Kaaya Skin & Hair Studio is a women’s hair colour salon in London, Ontario offering global colour, root touch-ups and grey coverage, foil highlights and lowlights, balayage, ombré, babylights, toners and glosses, and colour correction. Every shade is matched against your skin tone in natural light before anything is mixed, and we talk through how the grow-out will look in three months – not just how it looks on the day.

Colour pairs naturally with a women’s haircut, and with our keratin, nanoplastia and hair botox treatments when the condition needs attention first.

These are guides, not rules — how quickly your colour fades depends on your water, your shampoo, heat styling and sun exposure.

Patch testing before your first colour appointment

We ask every new colour client for a skin allergy patch test at least 48 hours before the appointment. It takes two minutes, it costs nothing, and it is the standard safety step before any permanent or semi-permanent colour. Call +1-226-977-7125 to arrange yours when you book. Please also tell us if you are pregnant, on medication that affects the scalp, or have had a reaction to hair dye before.

Book colour alongside a women’s haircut and we sequence them correctly in one visit. If your hair needs strengthening first, our keratin, nanoplastia and hair spa treatments come before colour, not after.

Visiting Our Hair Colour Salon in London, Ontario

Kaaya Skin & Hair Studio is on Thistledown Way in northwest London, Ontario, a short drive from Hyde Park, Oakridge, Medway, Sherwood Forest and the Masonville area. Clients travelling from downtown London, Byron and Lambeth are equally welcome.

Colour appointments take longer than cuts, so we recommend booking ahead — especially for balayage, full head highlights and colour correction. Weekday appointments run until 9:00 PM. We are a women’s hair studio, and our colour services are for women only.

Bring a reference photo if you have one, and see recent work in our before and after gallery or book a hair consultation first.

Balayage. Because it is hand-painted and starts below the root, there is no hard regrowth line, so most clients rebook every three to four months. Foil highlights run from the root, so a line becomes visible sooner and they are usually refreshed every six to eight weeks.
Yes. Permanent colour gives full grey coverage, and we match it to a shade that suits your skin tone rather than a flat opaque block. Most clients return every four to six weeks as regrowth appears.
